Become a volunteer with ABF. We can always use help during events and fundraisers. You can pick which events and fundraisers you would like to help with.

Immediate Volunteer Needs:
1. Adopt-A-Pet
Saturday and Sunday 11:30am until 4:30pm. Schedules can be every other weekend or even once a month. We need volunteers to set-up and break-down cages, assist with the animals and help transport the animals from the Independence Animal Shelter to PetsMart and back.

2. Cleaning Cat Cages:
Volunteers will help clean cages, freshen water and food, change papers and clean litter boxes on each Saturday and Sunday afternoon at PetsMart. (Approximately 3:00pm)
